Rajiv it would be interesting to know if Peter Tambanis mentioned the Co.'s name, because in 1995 a private Queensland corporation, named Beckstar Pty Ltd was issued 3,824,000. These shares would not have had the opportunity to be disributed prior to Jan/97 and if any selling done by this Co. is reported as insider trading then it would appear that they still hold a significant amount. This would also affect the # of shares controlled by Peter Tambanis. Flo J
