Compaq has the #1 rated handheld, and no one is talking about it. Perhaps this explains why Compaq is showing at least some strength compared to Dell.

ZDNet says the Compaq iPaq H3650 Pocket PC is tops, and the "best buy" and has a score of "9.0" which beats all other handhelds from Palm or otherwise.
