James: The trouble with your poll analysis is that both P of A and washtimes story base numbers on "those who are likely to vote."

I should point out that a large number of voters who haven't been deemed "likely to vote" also will be going to the polls on Tuesday.

I would also point out that in their last contract, UAW members bargained for and received Tuesday 11-7 as a paid day off. Large numbers of these UAW workers will be getting out the vote in key battleground states such as Pennsylvania, Ohio and Michigan, driving people to the polls, etc.

The final vote totals will contain hundreds of thousands of people who were considered "unlikely to vote" by P of A and other polls.
