Biotechs and Pharmies could be strong again..CIPH, INGN strong buy target 18, ENZ raised to STRONG BUY, DIGE strong buy, CB target raised from 85 to 91 and KG raised its target from 40 to 55. AMLN, and ICN reported this morning. KLIC get the puts.. sucks.. Look for puts on AMRI downgraded from strong buy to accumulation by Prudential. BIOI accelerating growth, pull back can be a buying opportunity.
