Gore finds new use for cigarettes! Offer a pack to homeless people in Wisconsin if they agree to file an absentee ballot (I assume after being instructed on how to do so by the Gore campaign). I heard this on a Boston news radio station a few moments ago. Payment (including cigarettes) for voting is of course illegal in Wisconsin. The Gore campaign was caught doing this yesterday in Wisconsin. Charges are to be filed this morning. fuzzymath
