Go to www.abwatley.com/download use your user name and password to login follow the instructions if you have any trouble (log-in or otherwise)call abwatley. Its strange your old software--realtick--still works with a free account--they should have assigned you a new password to access new software...they should have sent you an e-mail. Make sure they have your e-mail address... they didnt for me. Any questions have watley customer service help you---your paying for it. Good luck.
