CSCO is forming a perfect rising wedge or bear pennant in the 60-minute chart, beginning with the 45 low on the lower trendline, and the first reaction high for the upper trendline; volume has been declining throughout. Either this is pre-earnings jitters, or we have one massive sell-off coming. Oddly CSCO could also be an inverse H&S, but the wedge sure makes it one odd inverse H&S...
