(OT) Vote your pocketbook: In 8 years, Clinton's only domestic accomplishment has been raising personal income taxes during his very first year in office. The top rate went up to almost 40%, plus he drove millions more into the deadly embrace of the alternative minimum tax with a rate hike there, and finally he added deduction phaseouts and other rules of Byzantine complexity to the mix. Here in California we get to pay an additional 9.3% of our income to the state, meaning we get to keep a little more than half of what we earn. It's high time to send these blackguards packing.
