i was notified by PM that another threadmate called the syndicate desk at bear stearns this morning and spoke with a different person than i spoke with friday afternoon... this person at Bear Stearns was more cautious with regard to the timing of preliminary approval from the sec(perhaps she was simply being more careful..??) and left open the potential ipo date...though i have verified that it is listed as december on their deal calender though still not final until we hear from the sec... i am eandeavouring to get more information on the matter...
