lets say 'one person', so even if I have 10 separate accounts, they are agregated so I can't have more than XX position across them all. these are 'reportable' position limits... that means you are legally bound to report them (and/or the brokerage). this is just from what I read... I've never had to be concerned w/ position limits, but hope to one day ;-)
