I have substantially increased my holdings (buyng all morning). If you recall, the only way for EDTA to prevail was to win on all 5 points. And they did! The Patent appelate court has now held the Freeney patent covers sales in real time to a buyers home. A PC can be considered the IMM, and e floppy, ZIP drive, CdRom, MP3 player that is removed from a pc, etc can be considered the material object on which a program music etc is made. This should be a very interesting few days. If anyone sees this hit the WSJ or other press, please post. I can't wait to see what happens when word gets out.
