I don't care "why" the Gov't runs that way, that's their prerogative, I'm saying the Result is someone without a lot of Executive administrative experience. Is there anything wrong with my conclusion? It's not Bush's fault he is part of that form of Gov't, but the result is, as I say, less than a full time job.
