Jeffery, you must read between the lines, they have acquired the chinese property for some $100 MM worth of shares and convertible debentures (possibly some straight debentures as well, details of the financial deal were not presented). These were paid to foreigners (non US citizen), thus they must be Reg S, otherwise we would have seen a securities registration statement relative to these new securities, REG S need not be registered with the SEC for months. It is out there in the future of DWSC.
