All a different set of issues than what was discussed which was how would you recoup your investment. If you broke the company up your issues (although correct) wouldn't exist. You've gone further down the path which has too many underlying assumptions. Of course one could make the assumption that you IPO'd the company and recouped the cash as well... it's all an ridiculous exercise..
