The statements on this post about the accomplishments of Chiang and the number of IBM engineers submitting resumes to MD mimick the statements made in the newsletters of Dave Stewarts and Emerald. After considerable research, I have been unable to verify any of the statements made about Chiangs accomplishments.

I have read what material is available on the internet from both of these sources and I find it incredible that anyone would make an investment decision based on what is published by them. "Hype" doesn't begin to describe the absurdities that Stewart is willing to sign his name to. Emerald's record speaks for itself. I doubt that Dave Stewart or Emerald has ever made any money trading. They are paid by the companies whose issues they promote. Many of them, like ZITL, prey on peoples desire to make a killing from a small investment.

Can anyone provide other sources of information about Chiang? I can't find anything about him in the publications of the various engineering societies.

I would advise anyone with a substantial position in ZITL who wants to stay in the stock to limit your exposure. In the extremely unlikely event the hype pans out, you'll still make a killing. If it collapses, you won't get killed.
