I agree, there's always a big discount in the shares that slowly closes up as the shares get closer to actually being distributed to the parent shareholders. The only thing that keeps this one from doing the ol spinout tankaroo is the other IPO's in the works especially the one in December. I personally think it may be a better momo play after this IPO and before the next one as weak(possibly smart) hands will bail on this IPO and shorts will hit it, making for an easier runup for the second IPO, plus you'll have end of quite period on this IPO happening about the same time. As far as what Coach Bob was saying about the curtain and people not looking behind it, well why is there even a curtain in place. This company has done a wonderful job of not reaching it's full potential by not getting the word out. That will hurt it to. Big traders will see this as just another small fish driven IPO spec play and short it that way, and that will probably have the desired effect of scaring the fish into selling. Too bad the assholes that squeeze turds like KREM into the stratosphere don't ever put the squeeze to the shorts in a stock like this. CMB
