Cranberry Chutney

2ea. Oranges, Juice of
1T Orange Zest, chopped finely
1# Cranberries, fresh, washed
5oz. Dried Cranberries
1ea. Cinnamon Stick
2ea. Garlic Cloves
1ea. Onion, small, finely chopped
2T Ginger, fresh, chopped
1/2C Brown Sugar, packed
1/4C Balsamic Vinegar
1/4C Apple Cider

Prep: In a large, non-reactive, saucepan combine everything. Simmer over medium-low heat for 25-30 minute or until liquid has evaporate and the chutney thickened. I think a little age on it improves the flavor.

I ripped this one off from Bobby Flay's TV show three years back. It is unbelievable and will change Thanksgiving dinner for ever.
