Analyst day is technology teach-in and is not discussing financial performance or giving any forward-looking guidance on the company.

I replied to Ms Hart this AM:

The Analyst Day is an intimate forum for the analysts that cover AMCC
and is really more of a technology teach-in. We are not discussing
financial performance or giving any forward-looking guidance on the
company. We have not done a press release as this is not open to the
public due to restrictions on space, etc. which is also why it is not
listed on our calendar.
