Ray - Hedge funds - what do you want to know? Do you know the rules? What are you trying to accomplish? Whose $ are you gonna run? Do you have any relevant experince other than putting 100% of your personal funds into AMAT? Something I have also done on occasion - like now. Step ONE - Get an attorney with TONS of experience and knowledge of the subject. DO NOT skimp and hire some generalist who will make an attempt at subscription docs - they must be PERFECT.
