A very novel approach in light of FD. Call it a "technical meeting". It was fine in the old days to only invite analysts, but if 1 tiny question is asked and answered now regarding anything even remotely financial , they are in violation of FD. Very coy. I'd like to see a bunch of analysts resist asking about any "other business issues" and them resist answering. LOL. That should be a real legal standoff. There is a way around anything these days.
