how do you know it was a false size? Why are you the arbiter of what is counterproductive to another trader? I mean, why do ever see 50,000 + shares on the bid or offer of any security? Isn't this counterproductive? According to you CSCO, JDSU, SUNW are manipulated every day. If and when the 78 became marketable and you tried to hit it and were not filled, maybe you have a case.
