it's means the news is already priced and/or the news is not good enough and/or forward prospects are not as good as they have been. You have to remember that even with these numbers CSCO's is valued high. Cap-Ex spending is the key. I would think the move to VoIP is not about to slow as other Cap-Ex spending might be. g
