Sideware Announces Toronto Stock Exchange Listing

RESTON, Va., November 6, 2000 - Sideware (OTC (BB): SDWSF and CDNX:
SYD.U), a leading developer of customer service solutions for
e-businesses, today announced that its common shares have been
conditionally approved for listing on the Toronto Stock Exchange (TSE).

"This listing on Canada's senior stock exchange is an important
