Dan: Thanks. There is a transition in the revenue model and
a shift in the Buisness cycle.

In the revenue model, the Company is in transition from low margin to the higher end products. The transition takes time and in addition, XLNX had the lead.

In the buisness cycle, handheld growth has declined resulting in most Wireless stocks trending down. When this happens there is always an Inventory glut which either ends up as Inventory or Receivables to be written off.

By early next year this Inventory glut will sort itself and we should see better growth.

The street is currently less disposed towards ALTR . As a small Investor I cut my holdings as I do not wish to take on the street.
