maybe qcom ought to sue. the defense will be, "it's not really w-cdma" ha ha ha then, estoppel will be raised and the question of market lying disinformation may get a hearing in the courts. if they are held liable because they say it's wcdma, it could be a wonderful precedent that would tell market players beware of what lies you tell. on the other hand, if they say it's not really wcdma, they will admit to lying.
