Last evening's conference call truly shafted the daytraders
and anyone expecting a quick profit.........
They are willing to risk putting the skids on the share price,to achieve a greater objective.....and
they could not have done a better job.......
That is why I am CONVINCED they did a hatchet job on the
rising expectations inherent in a rising share price....
I think(IMHO) they have the STRATEGIC ALLIANCE sown up,
maybe "letter of intent" at this stage, but in the bag,
subject to certain conditions......
What sort of conditions might they be........
They ought to be about the picture of the company that the
Strategic Partner got for himself from his own due diligence, and first and foremost, involve restructuring
the balance sheet and the way in which they do business,
I need not repeat here the details of the action they are
taking.............
The end result is FISCAL RECTITUDE....and a business and financial model
that can be relied upon by bankers and investment analysts,
that reflects the EMBRYONIC development stage of the company....and most importantly more accurately reflects
the true value of the company going forward.
Insignia took the HIT yesterday, and I repeat I THINK that was the
price they had to pay to deliver the Strategic Alliance!!!
Just My Humble Opinion!!!!
