Walter: I think many will have problems with L&H recording fictious revenues to pump up the stock price allowing it to acquire Dictaphone and Dragon. I would suspect the US employees are not too happy by this turn of events. I have a problem quantifing the intristic value in this situation. I think the acquired franchises keep a floor on the stock but am wondering what that really is. As an example INFX had similar problems a few years ago. One of its problems was ORCL just raided the top talent. Good luck. Tim
