Excuse me!
I'm being excessively negative.
Just for the record....I have MY MONEY tied up with this POS. MY MONEY might not be important to you and that is fine..but your scenario of what might happen is muted by the FACT of what is happening. Let me remind you that SWTX was already out of compliance with their lenders BEFORE this all happpened and if you want to take the rose colored glasses view of this operation and how they will keep this POS in float ....go for it. Send me a check for $75,000 dollars for my SWTX stock and I will tell you that O.J. Simpson isn't guilty and SWTX is a great company. Until then....if you want to think that SWTX HAS PAID the NASDAQ and gotten nothing in return for money that they desperately need to keep this POS running then I must admit that management of this company is more incompetent than Dan Quayle ever was. And let me point out that at first you say SWTX has paid the NASDAQ and then you say that they will survive but not as a listed NASDAQ company. Please don't tell me that they have wasted more money for a listing that will not do them any good.

TBF, I apologize for being so harsh in my reply...but just think of it in a positive way...maybe it will prevent Czech from really taking you to task over this POS.(:>)
