CSCO spin is negative because of perceived inventory build up. But we knew the analysts would find something. Note the comments on telcom capex for next year in the last para of this: virtualmoneymanager.com Wont make any difference today but NT LT looks OK. Note also that Poxon on SH expects a retest of the lows shortly before another move up.
