The Phoenix,

In my opinion, if we break 57, the next possible stopping point is the 61/63 area, where there is falling trend-line resistance on the weekly chart. So printing 60 would not necessarily be bullish until that falling trend-line on the weekly is cleared..... CSCO went to a "no position" signal with my work last night from the previous hold signal.
