What a pathetic bit of reasoning. As even you must know, Newt Gingrich was responsible for the Gov't shutdown, and the proof in the pudding is, where is he now? Yep, I guess it was the Long Term affects of Reagonomics that first caused the biggest deficit in US history,and then fixed it, right? Hey Les "are you better or worse off than you were 8 years ago," as a famous Republican used as a campaign slogan. I guess only Repubs are allowed to say that? And don't forget Bush Sr: "No New Taxes" Anyway, don't forget, due to overwhelming voter turnout, Republicans are scheduled to vote on Wednesday.
