In my opinion too.

"As Intel fights back and focuses on the mobile market, Transmeta will be relegated to fighting for the "nascent Webpad market."

I think Transmeta has been way overhyped and their poor performance will be evident soon, as will Intel's low power x86 offerings. In the Webpad marketplace they will have to face Intel's StrongArm2 product line and TMTA will have no advantage at all. Costs will be higher with their lack of a fab and SA2's small die size.
