Election Prediction:

I'm sticking with the prediction I made here about two weeks ago:

o Bush will get over 350 electoral votes
o Bush will get over 50% of the popular vote

Sound radical? If so, that's because you've been buying the major media's spin. I don't think it'll be nearly as close as the major polls show. Media has a vested interest in spinning this as a close election. (Suspense yields a higher viewer audience.)

The Reuters/MSNBC poll shows Gore with a two point lead this morning. In contrast, Voter.com Battleground shows Bush ahead 45-40 and Portrait of America shows Bush ahead 49-40. I think Reuters will have to eat some crow before this day is over. Note: Voter.com is a *bi-partisan* poll. Also, it's not shown the wild swings of many of the other polls (e.g. Gallup), which makes me think it's more credible.
