John- Can you explain what you mean about Kopin's upfront manufacturing costs? My sense was that they have a Thai Fab (UMC?) and another asian fab doing the smart slides for them. Are the costs you are referring to for the GAAS? Is Kopin doing their own fab work in this area? Tom
