It is a very old term that applies to southern democrats. Wouldn't be surprised if they gave it to themselves, southerners have pretty colorful ways of describing some things. -g- They have bunches of hound dogs, many of which are yeller in color.

I see sickso is now out of the woods on the march back to new highs. So predictable.
