Sure, but first let me say more thought than I will put into this post will be needed to determine what is and is not taxable.

I assume you missed the following as I listed them more than once in earlier posts on this thread during this exchange...food, health care and shelter expenses to a point. Of course, taxable and non-taxable categories would need to be established for each item or service. For instance, booze would likely be taxable as would a meal at a restaurant but most food items at a grocery store would not. An additional for instance would be certain elect plastic surgeries would be taxable while a life saving appendectomy would not be taxable.

Now, if you want to discuss a broader list, like I said put together a complete list of each item or service for sale in the USA, assign to it taxable or non-taxable status and I’ll let you know if I agree...<g>
