Monsky, Thank you for bringing this ancient (2 1/2 yrs. old) article to this forum's attention. I had forgotten about it and your note allows me to bring those on this board up to speed on this item. There is NO litigation either ongoing or planned regarding Preferred Consumer Network International. As a testimony to John Folger's character and careful attention to the needs of the customers involved all issues were resolved to everyone's satisfaction. This is a non-issue and has nothing to do with HouseHold Direct.Com other than as a statement to JF's good character and ability to resolve difficult matters fairly. John White
