Redrawing Cisco's lines still gives it a rising wedge, FWIW: wsrn.com NDX clearly broke down out of wedge/pennant. If it doesn't tank, will redraw lines on that one too: wsrn.com SPX still forming a big rising wedge: wsrn.com Looks to me like we should retest the lows in the December/January timeframe.
