Does System-On a Chip Have any affect on the use of low density flash memory? Yes, at least for the lowest of the low density flash applications. That's why SSTI has continued to license their flash technology to chip houses that will eventually integrate it into their silicon. IMO, we're still about a year away from seeing any significant moves in the integrated flash area. MicroE
