Bryce,

Just a fyi on ROTC. I spoke with Investor relations on 5/23/97. I asked some questions regarding earnings and acquisitions. June 3rd will produce 3rd quarter earnings. Hosay at ROTC feels that .29 a share seems to be in line. The number of home health cares has risen to 536 from last announced 440. Medicare cuts of about 15% seem to be the current projection in 1998. An announcement June 3rd will also include a credit line increase to $300 million from $200 million. ROTC feels strongly that right now is an excellent time to increase acquisitions due to small time home health cares selling out in fear of budget cuts. Most analysts recommendations
point at $25 a share by the end of 1997. $15 a share seems to be a
good price when you look at the strong growth of ROTC. Nothing is for sure, but I've also been watching this company for the last couple of years. Good Luck
