Lars,
Initially I was attracted to NCCI for several reasons. Jock Weaver's
experience with Hard Rock Cafes; low number of outstanding shares;
small, unknown company with good business plan and without significant
debt. I am from the midwest (KCMO) and did not buy because of a
broker recommendation. I mentioned the year 2000 as a target for
management to have the necessary time to develop their ideas, whatever
happens before 2000, positively, would be a plus. I have not added
significantly to my position recently, although it looks fairly
cheap, especially the warrants.

Now, do you visit with Jock Weaver or others (investors relations)
at NCCI? What would it take to move the stock up from the $4-$5
range? Thanks for your interest and message. Bill Turnage
