Perhaps the little people waiting for a large scale installation have gone through their budgeting process. Even though, orders are forthcoming, at least based on "The Promise", could it be that money has been snuffed and allocated to the big Shylock? For this year's investors, next year's orders might well be too little and way too late. Oh me, oh my. Is the end of this story ever nigh !!! nf Maybe, today's $$$ was need to fund endowments of The Flairen Enlightenment Foundation ... Time sure does fly.
