Subscriptions received for private placements Nu-Sky Energy Inc NUS Shares issued 7,410,032 May 23 close $0.28 Mon 26 May 97 News Release Mr Les Hofmeister reports The company has received subscriptions for the private placements of units, each consisting of one share and a half warrant. Each whole warrant entitles the holder to receive one share for $0.45 at any time until May 22 1998 to be issued on a flow-through basis. Units were priced at $0.30 with the initial share being issued on a flow-through basis. Nu-Sky has received subscriptions for 630,267 units at $0.30 for gross proceeds of $189,080.
