I am puzzled by today's sell off in JBL and other major EMSs considering that the Market was relatively flat.

Granted that CSCO reported a significant increase in its inventory but how does that affect EMSs (in particular those that do a lot of businesses with CSCO) to the extent that it precipitated double-digit % declines in share prices?

Not sure if I missing something or Wall Street was simply over-reacting.
