Hi John, Sorry for your problems with easy language tech support. Dose'nt make any sense does it. I tell you what send me your E-mail address and I'll E-mail you the form that they sent me so that I could get the disk. It was only necessary for me to fill out the form and send it back to get the disk. THIS HAS GOT TO WORK since the form came from them. Also let me ask you in the following equation that you sent me: System: Buy: Dahl > 0 {in up trend}AND close>= highest(c,89) {highest close in the past 89 days} What does Dahl mean? Thanks...Robert
