sure, but trust me, every single Arab government except Iraq's was as happy with Bush as they'll ever get with an US prez. he saved their sorry asses. the same feelings may not necessarily be reciprocated by the Arab masses, but certainly the populations of the super-rich operetta states like Kuwait and the United Arab Emirates were equally happy with Bush senior's intervention. probably that of Saudi Arabia too. after all, without him, they would have lost EVERYTHING, and they sure got lots to lose.
