the company is recommended in a highly successful German newsletter today ( "The Platow Brief" ). They view this company as a new SAP ( SAPHY) in it's sector.
The company was also introduced at the Frankfurt Stock Exchange the 21st of May, within the sector "Neuer Markt". This is a new sector for young and fast growing companies in Germany. Better informations you may find at www.neuermarkt.de, I think you can switch to English.

The company is, despite the fact that they moved the headquarters to Atlanta, still a German company ( they were founded I think 1990 and went to Atlanta in 1995 - before they were located close to Frankfurt).
Still most of the business is done in Europe - around 60%. What is a big advantage, as deregulation of the telecom business in Europe is just in the beginnings.

According to this newsletter sales should grow to a 100 million$ in 1997 form 57 million in 1996 and 27 million in 1995.
Earnings should grow by a 100% per year in the forseeable future. This makes LHSG comparable to SAP, the stock went up 30 times since it was issued in 1988. The better, LHSG was founded by former IBM employees, same holds true for SAP.

Mr. Gaede, member of the Board of LHSG, is quoted as "That the company intends to grow faster than the market does".
