Expatriate Resources has negotiated, subject to regulatory acceptance, the following private placements, totalling $211,100:
an $80,600 private placement, to consist of 179,112 flow-through common shares at a price of 45 cents per share; and
a $130,500 private placement, to consist of 290,000 special warrants at a price of 45 cents per special warrant, each special warrant to be convertible for no additional consideration into one flow-through common share.
The proceeds from these private placements will be used to finance exploration expenditures on Expatriate's Finlayson project, Yukon.
