I said before that govt employees have to be held both criminally and financially responsible for their actions. Letting beaurocrats and govt employees ride roughshod over the population with their bullshit social manipulations and the the taxpayer footing the bill to ease some "pain" inflicted by these turds is about as far from being democratic as can be. "Compenstaion" rates up in the top stomach turning words right along with "funding" and "benefits" If the cops are locked up, wanna bet they don't lose their pensions?????????
