Heh, I'm bringing my skindiver suit next time.

Gael Greene sez that's the best hotel value in Vegas. She stayed at the Paris, Bellagio, Mandalay Bay, Hard Rock (She seemed to hate the Hard Rock),

And I guess a few others. I read the review in a periodontist's chair. I have to get the damn issue for myself. But of course she is a New Yorker and her opinion means squat for everyone outside of my area.

Still, she made some great points, I thought. For example, I thought Paris was way too loud. She slammed Paris. "Even the Monet inspired rugs cannot drown out the noise of the slot machines", or something like that. She is absolutely correct about that. That is the the loudest "Wheel.....of.....Fortune!!!!" damn place I've ever tortured myself with. Her opinion is that Paris has a great Buffet.

That's it.

Anyway I thought the review was very well thought out. She plugged the Venetian hard, and I liked the place myself so that's my next port of call, I hope.
